Terms and conditions

These terms govern access to and use of cristiancode.es, user accounts and the hiring of the owner's services. By using the Site or creating an account you accept these terms, the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

To have an account:

• You must be at least 14 years old and provide truthful, up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity carried out from your account. Tell us immediately if you detect unauthorised use.
• Each person may have one account and may not transfer it to anyone else.
• You can ask to close your account at any time by writing to alejomultimedia18@gmail.com.

You may not use the Site or your account for unlawful activities, to try to access other people's data or accounts, to overload or breach the security of the Site, or to send fraudulent or offensive content.

We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms, with prior notice whenever possible.

Development projects (custom websites, applications and microapps) are contracted through a written quote or contract setting out scope, deadlines, price and ownership of the result. The information about services on the Site is indicative and is not a binding offer.

The Site does not currently allow buying products online, and the microapp prices shown are indicative.

When purchasing is enabled, before you buy you will be told the final price including taxes, the payment method, delivery and the terms of use of each product. If you are a consumer, you will have the 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity recognised by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Act for the Defence of Consumers and Users), with the exceptions provided for digital content whose performance you have started with your express consent.

The Site and its content are protected, as stated in the Legal Notice. Your account grants you no licence over them beyond personal use of the Site. Content you send us remains yours, and you authorise us to use it only to provide the service you request.

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for indirect damage or for interruptions beyond their control. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, in particular towards consumers.

We may modify these terms for legal, technical or service reasons. Material changes will be announced on the Site, and continuing to use it after publication means you accept them, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any question or complaint, write to us at alejomultimedia18@gmail.com. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence and to the consumer bodies of your autonomous community.
